You can return or exchange items within three (3) days from when you bought them. The items must be new and unused, with all tags and labels still on them.
Please note, you can not return or exchange the following:
Customized, specially ordered, or fabricated mobility and accessibility devices
Items that have had contact with the skin, such as power lift recliners (lift chairs)
Seating and positioning products (including wheelchair cushions and back supports)
TENS units
Patient lifts
Bathroom safety items (commodes, raised toilet seats, shower/bath chairs)
Pillows, bedding, and mattresses
Bracing
Continence care products
The original receipt must be included when you make a return. You will be asked to pay for restocking fees, shipping, or customs costs.
Refunds will go to the original payer only, as a store credit.
